JOB DESCRIPTION 

POST TITLE:  VOLUNTEER ADMINISTRATIVE  WORKER  

RESPONSIBLE TO:  Office Manager 

JOB SUMMARY:  Provide assistance to the Office Manager, in carrying out the day to day administrative duties of First Stop Darlington

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.  To carry out or assist with computer work, i.e. data input, recall and analysis, desk top publishing, mail merge, survey/ evaluation work and spread sheets. 

2.  Filing 

3.  Provide administrative support to the Officer Manager. 

4.  Respond to enquires including providing information by phone and by face to face contact. 

5.  Receive telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate worker. 

6.  Assist in organisation and maintenance of Project’s Information System.
